How and why we use it

Sharing and service providers

Personal information is not sold. It may be handled by service providers supporting email, website hosting, security, document storage or professional administration, acting under appropriate instructions. Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet legal and contractual requirements. Enquiry information that does not lead to an engagement is normally retained for up to 24 months after our last contact. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, relevant information may be retained for longer in line with contractual, accounting, legal or professional record-keeping requirements.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal information. No internet or email transmission is completely secure, so sensitive information should only be shared after an appropriate method has been agreed.

These rights are subject to conditions and exemptions under applicable law.

We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects.
